The Grand Canyon State

Arizona is most widely known for the grand natural wonder that is the colossal Grand Canyon. The South Rim of Grand National Park is most popular location to visit the canyon as it is more accessible by road and developed with visitor amenities including visitor centres, hotels, and restaurants.

Views of Nature Unmatched

Numerous spacious drive-in and hiking lookouts line the nearly 40 kilometre-long Desert View Drive portion of State Route 64 within the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, offering breathtaking and spectacular panoramic views in multiple directions extending up to several tens of kilometres.

The Waterfall Capital of the World

Home to around 150 waterfalls within city limits, this prestigious title is credited to the city of Hamilton, Ontario [1]. Hamilton's key location along the Niagara Escarpment contributes to its unique topography and abundance of waterfalls.

More Than Just Niagara Falls

Relatively unknown to many travelers are a series of waterfalls that line the Niagara Escarpment beyond Hamilton and just west of the city of St. Catharines [2], only about 30-minutes drive from Niagara Falls. Unlike the world-famous landmark that's out in the open for millions to see, these waterfalls are tucked away into the forests and terrain of the Niagara Escarpment but are easily accessible by road and a short hike.

A Landmark-Packed Megalopolis

The Greater Los Angeles area is the second largest metropolitan area by population [3] and the largest by area [4] in the United States. Spread out across its many suburbs, cities, and counties is a plethora of attractions and landmarks.

An Extensive Urban Road Trip

Being an extensive and vast metropolitan megaregion with numerous urban attractions like Santa Monica Pier, the Hollywood Sign, and Disneyland, tourism by car in the Greater Los Angeles area is more of a necessity than a luxury as these and many other popular attractions are located very far apart.
